采用自动纯化液相色谱系统、高效液相色谱以及多种层析技术对天然化学成分以及微生物代谢产物进行分离纯化;基于NMR、HR-MS、IR、CD、X-ray单晶衍射等现代波谱技术对化学结构进行准确鉴定。
